1. General Provisions

1.1 37 Season is an esports tournament that is part of the CYBERION LEAGUE. 1.2 Tournament management is carried out by the tournament organizers. 1.3 All communication regarding the tournament takes place exclusively on Discord and through the Administrator at the club. 1.4 The tournament is governed by the rules and regulations listed below, which establish a unified procedure for conducting the competition and are mandatory for all participants. 1.5 Any situations not described in the regulations are resolved by the head referee of the tournament. 1.6 Any changes to the regulations are communicated to participants through official channels (Discord, social media, website). 1.7 All information necessary for tournament participants is communicated through official channels (social media, broadcasts, websites, etc.). Information published on such channels is considered delivered to participants. 1.8 Players will not be allowed to participate in any tournaments if they, within the last six months, have participated in tournaments (Ukrainian or European) as part of the same team with Russians/Belarusians, or if they played Russian/Belarusian tournaments, or Ukrainian tournaments where participation of Russian/Belarusian teams is allowed (even if those teams did not participate). At the same time, players who played against Russians in European tournaments will be allowed if it was impossible to avoid playing against them. 1.9 By participating in the tournament, the Participant confirms and gives full consent to the Organizer to conduct photo and video recording during the event. The Participant also agrees that photos, audio, and video materials may be freely used by the Organizer in any manner not prohibited by the legislation of Ukraine, including publication on official resources of the CYBERION esports club network (including social media and promotional materials). 1.10 If the minimum number of teams is not reached, the prize pool is reduced by half. 1.11 The tournament is suspended during an air raid alert. 1.12 Participation is allowed from the age of 12 years. 1.13 Participation using a gaming account with less than 100 hours of playtime is prohibited. 1.14 In case of a power outage, the participant must notify the administrator and organizers. 1.15 Ignorance of the regulations does not exempt participants from responsibility.

2. Refereeing

2.1 The referee guarantees compliance with the regulations and fair competition. 2.2 The Applicant is a person who, when contacting the referee, requests the resolution of a disputed situation, reports a violation of the regulations, or represents one of the participating teams. 2.3 The referee’s decisions are mandatory and situational. 2.4 Monitoring compliance with the regulations during the tournament is the main task of the referee. 2.5 Any disputes between teams are resolved by the referee. 2.6 Referee decisions are situational and may be interpreted differently.

3. Participation

3.1 A Participant is a person who takes part in the tournament. 3.2 Participants must be familiar with and strictly comply with these regulations. 3.3 In case of violation of the regulations, disciplinary sanctions specified in Chapter III of these regulations may be applied to the participant. 3.4 Participants compete in teams. A team must consist of 5 or more players in a 5x5 format, or 1 player in a SOLO format. 3.5 A team is considered registered when all players on the roster have completed registration. 3.6 The Organizer has the right to change registration times, allow or deny teams or individual players to participate, and request additional information about players/teams if there are valid reasons. 3.7 Submitting an application does not guarantee participation in the tournament. The right to participate is granted by the tournament referee. 3.8 A team and all its participants, by submitting an application, are considered to have read and agreed to comply with these regulations. 3.9 Participants from the same team may participate from different locations, but only in league-affiliated clubs for club tournaments, and must indicate their location in advance for online formats. 3.10 Participants must arrive at the specified venue indicated in the registration form on the tournament day, pay the entry fee (pay for gaming time), notify organizers of readiness, and pay the entry fee to the approved account in the ONLINE format. 3.11 Participants must maintain communication with organizers and referees exclusively via the league’s official Discord server. 3.12 Participants must reserve a gaming spot at the participating club, as clubs can accommodate only as many participants as available seats. 3.13 Upon expiration of the 3–5 hour gaming package, the participant must notify the administrator. 3.14 From 11:00, it is prohibited to start any ranked matches except for the tournament matches themselves.

4. Tournament Format

4.1 The tournament is conducted in a single stage. 4.2 The tournament format is specified in the Tournament Parameters. 4.3 The Organizer reserves the right to change the tournament format. 4.4 The tournament is conducted on the challengermode.com platform and CYBERION LEAGUE servers.

5. Entry Fee

5.1 Players are required to pay the entry fee before the start of the tournament, but not earlier than 11:00. 5.2 The entry fee is payment for gaming time at the selected club. 5.3 A team is not allowed to participate if at least one player has not paid the entry fee.
