1.1 37 Season is an esports tournament that is part of the CYBERION LEAGUE. 1.2 Tournament processes are managed by the tournament organizers. 1.3 All communication regarding the tournament takes place exclusively via Discord and through the Club Administrator. 1.4 The tournament is governed by the rules and regulations listed below, which establish a unified procedure for conducting the competition and are mandatory for all participants. 1.5 Any situations not described in these regulations are resolved by the Head Referee of the tournament. 1.6 Any changes to the regulations are communicated to participants through official channels (Discord, social media, website). 1.7 All information required by participants is communicated through official channels (social media, broadcasts, websites, etc.). Information published on these channels is considered officially delivered to participants. 1.8 Players will not be allowed to participate in any tournaments if, within the last six months, they have participated in Ukrainian or European tournaments as part of the same team with Russian/Belarusian players, or have played Russian/Belarusian tournaments, or Ukrainian tournaments where participation of Russian/Belarusian teams is allowed (even if those teams did not participate). Players who competed against Russians at European tournaments are allowed if avoiding such matches was not possible. 1.9 By participating in the tournament, the Participant grants the Organizer full consent to conduct photo and video recording during the event and agrees that these materials may be used freely in accordance with Ukrainian law, including publication on official CYBERION resources and social media. 1.10 If the minimum number of teams is not reached, the prize pool is reduced by half. 1.11 The tournament is suspended during air raid alerts. 1.12 Participation is allowed from the age of 12. 1.13 In case of a power outage, participants must notify the administrator and organizers. 1.14 Ignorance of the regulations does not exempt participants from responsibility.
2. Refereeing
2.1 The referee ensures compliance with the regulations and fair competition. 2.2 An Applicant is a person who contacts the referee to resolve a dispute, report a violation, or represent a participating team. 2.3 Referee decisions are mandatory and situational. 2.4 Monitoring compliance with the regulations during the tournament is the referee’s primary responsibility. 2.5 All disputes between teams are resolved by the referee. 2.6 Referee decisions are situational and may be interpreted differently.
3. Participation
3.1 A Participant is a person taking part in the tournament. 3.2 Participants must be familiar with and strictly comply with these regulations. 3.3 In case of violations, disciplinary sanctions specified in Chapter III may be applied. 3.4 Participants compete as teams. A team must consist of:
1 player in a SOLO format
3.5 A team is considered registered once all players have completed registration. 3.6 The Organizer has the right to change registration times, approve or deny teams or individual players, and request additional information if there are valid reasons. 3.7 Submitting an application does not guarantee participation. The right to participate is granted by the tournament referee. 3.8 By submitting an application, the team and all its players confirm that they have read and agree to comply with these regulations. 3.9 Team members may participate from different locations only from league-affiliated clubs and must specify their location in advance for online formats. 3.10 Participants must arrive at the venue specified in the registration form on the tournament day, pay the entry fee (gaming time), confirm readiness, and pay the entry fee to the approved account for ONLINE formats. 3.11 Participants must maintain communication with organizers and referees exclusively via the official league Discord server. 3.12 Participants must reserve a gaming spot, as clubs can accommodate only a limited number of players. 3.13 Upon expiration of a 3–5 hour gaming package, the participant must notify the administrator. 3.14 From 11:00, starting any ranked matches is prohibited, except for tournament matches. 3.15 Leaving a match before the final whistle is prohibited.
4. Tournament System
4.1 The tournament is conducted in a single stage. 4.2 The tournament format is specified in the Tournament Parameters. 4.3 The Organizer reserves the right to change the tournament format. 4.4 The tournament is conducted using internal FC-26 matches.
5. Entry Fee
5.1 Players must pay the entry fee before the start of the tournament, but not earlier than 11:00. 5.2 The entry fee is payment for gaming time at the selected club. 5.3 A team is not allowed to participate if at least one player has not paid the entry fee. 5.4 The entry fee is determined at the reception by the administrator (applies only to players from Poland).
6. Streaming and Recording
6.1 Players may stream or record their matches in accordance with the technical section of these regulations. 6.2 Players and/or persons present with them (coaches, managers, etc.) are strictly prohibited from watching the official tournament broadcast.
7. Player Nicknames and Team Names
7.1 Player nicknames must comply with censorship rules, must not contain offensive language or links, must be readable, and must not include hieroglyphs. Use of Russian-language words is prohibited. 7.2 Team names must comply with censorship rules and be written exclusively in Latin characters. 7.3 Abbreviations are allowed. 7.4 Player nicknames must match those submitted during registration.
8. Match System
8.1 The tournament is conducted in two stages:
Group Stage (online): players compete 1v1 within their club until one player remains.
Playoffs (online): remaining players compete 1v1 against players from other clubs. 8.2 Match results are reported on the platform and duplicated on the official league Discord server.
