General Provisions
This Privacy Policy describes how CYBERION (hereinafter — “the site”, “we”) collects, uses, transfers, and stores personal data that we automatically obtain when you use our CYBERION web resource, or that you provide to us directly through the site.
Collection and Use of Personal Data
The owner and controller of CYBERION users’ personal data is Limited Liability Company “CYBER GROUP”, EDRPOU code 44900137, legal address: Ukraine, 50027, Kryvyi Rih, Metallurgiv Avenue, 36/1, 1st floor, office 104, registered and operating in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
When using the site, the following personal data of the user is processed:
- data provided by the user both when filling out registration forms and while using services
- cookie files
- IP addresses
- internet browser parameters and settings (User-Agent)
CYBERION collects only those personal data (for example, your first and last name, login and password, email address, contact phone number, date of birth, gender, and others) that you voluntarily provide as a data subject for the purpose of using the site. In accordance with legal requirements, this is considered consent to the processing of personal data in line with the purpose stated in this Policy.
When visiting CYBERION, all system logins may be recorded. Other data regarding user traffic is neither processed nor stored.
Please note: we limit ourselves to collecting the minimum amount of information necessary solely to fulfill the request of the data subject. In any case, if optional information is requested, the user will be informed during its collection.
We do not collect or process information that is subject to special legal protection requirements. This includes data on race or ethnic origin, political, religious and philosophical beliefs, membership in political parties and trade unions, criminal records, as well as information regarding health, sexual life, biometric and genetic data.
We may collect statistics on visits to CYBERION. Such data may include connection information, traffic, user browser, as well as date, time, duration of internet usage and time spent in CYBERION clubs.
Please note that if you do not want your personal data (phone number or email address) to be processed for verification in the CYBERION database, we will not be able to provide feedback. In this case, you should refrain from registering on the CYBERION website.
You may withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. This does not affect the legality of processing carried out before such withdrawal.
Safety of Minors
CYBERION is not intended for minors. We take safety issues seriously, especially regarding individuals who have not reached adulthood. In this regard, CYBERION asks parents and legal guardians to explain to children the rules of internet safety, as well as the purpose and necessity of using certain platform services.
Processing of Personal Data
Processing and storage of provided personal data are carried out at the location of the equipment that ensures the operation of the CYBERION website. The provided personal data are processed and may be stored in the CYBERION Personal Data Database. Processing is always carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Purposes of Personal Data Use
Your personal data are used for the following purposes: to ensure user registration, provide CYBERION internet services, technical support, feedback, information and news exchange, as well as for communication and advertising interaction. Processing is carried out based on and in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine, including (but not limited to): the laws of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, “On Ratification of the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data and its Additional Protocol”, “On Information”, “On Advertising”, “On Telecommunications”, “On Information Protection in Information and Telecommunication Systems”, as well as in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Storage Period of Personal Data
Personal data are stored no longer than necessary in accordance with the purpose of their processing.
Use of Cookies
A cookie is a text file containing a small amount of information that is sent to the web browser and stored on the user’s device. Such devices include a computer, mobile phone, or other device used to access the site.
Cookies can be persistent (stored on the user’s device until deleted) or temporary (session cookies stored until the browser is closed). In addition, there are first-party cookies set directly by the CYBERION site and third-party cookies set by other websites.
Important:
- when revisiting the CYBERION site, cookie data are updated;

All information collected through performance cookies is used exclusively for statistical and analytical purposes.
Functional cookies — used to store user parameters and settings on the device between browser sessions. Examples include: username, profile photo, information about left comments, selected language version of the CYBERION site, location, previously provided information or selected settings, as well as other site personalization parameters.
Targeting cookies — used to provide content that may be of interest to the user. Data are stored on the device between browser sessions. Examples include: tracking recommended text, graphic, audio, and video content to prevent repeated display, data on visits to other resources during transitions, as well as other site personalization parameters.

Third-party and analytical cookies:
For operational content display and detailed analysis of the CYBERION site performance, we may use services of third-party companies such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Alphabet Inc., Gemius, etc.
The listed companies (provided as examples) may use cookies on the user’s device while working on the CYBERION site.
Please note that the CYBERION site cannot influence the operation of cookies used by third-party services. All necessary information about their use can be obtained directly on the respective resources.
Important: full functionality of the site is available only if cookies are enabled.
Information about users obtained through cookies is not sold or publicly distributed and is the property of the organization that owns the CYBERION site.
Interaction of CYBERION with Other Resources
When using services on the CYBERION site, pages may contain codes of third-party internet resources and third parties. As a result, such resources and third parties may receive certain user data. In particular, they may process information about visits to these pages and other data transmitted by the web browser. Examples include social network plugins such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
Data received from the specified third-party services are neither stored nor processed by the CYBERION site.
If the user does not want these services to access their personal data, they may voluntarily log out of their account or profile and clear cookies through browser settings.
Provision of Information to Third Parties
CYBERION does not transfer personal data to third parties except when such transfer is required by law, made at the request of the data subject, or occurs on other grounds provided for in this Policy.
The CYBERION site may contain links to other websites (exclusively for informational purposes). After following such links, this Policy no longer applies to the respective sites. Therefore, we recommend reviewing the privacy policy and personal data processing policy of each website before providing any personal data by which you can be identified.
For proper provision of services, support of CYBERION functions, processing of bank card transactions, delivery of ordered goods, as well as provision of marketing and advertising services, we enter into agreements with independent contractors and cooperate with other service providers, companies, and organizations. Within this cooperation, personal data of the user may be transferred to third parties who act as data processors.
CYBERION has the right to carry out cross-border transfer of users’ personal data under the conditions provided by this Policy. The user is informed and gives consent that during cross-border transfer of their personal data, recipients may be located in foreign states that do not provide adequate protection of personal data under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and GDPR, namely those that are not parties to the Council of Europe Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data. CYBERION undertakes to take all necessary measures to ensure confidentiality and security of any personal data transferred to such foreign states.
Protection of Personal Data
Disclosure of personal data without the consent of the data subject or their authorized representative is permitted only in cases provided by law and (if necessary) in the interests of national security, economic well-being, and protection of human rights.
At the same time, CYBERION cannot guarantee 100% security of all information transmitted and/or collected directly by the site during use of https://cyberion.ua/, as no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure. CYBERION does not guarantee that data will not be viewed, disclosed, or destroyed as a result of failure or circumvention of any protection measures applied by CYBERION.
Changes to the Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy, including in response to changes in legislation. We recommend periodically reviewing the current version of this Policy.
