1. General Provisions

1.1 37 Season is an esports online tournament, part of the CYBERION LEAGUE. 1.2 All tournament processes are managed by the Tournament Organizers. 1.3 All communication regarding the tournament is conducted exclusively via the official Discord server of the league and through the Tournament Referee. 1.4 The tournament is held according to this regulation, which is mandatory for all participants. 1.5 Any situations not covered by this regulation are resolved by the Head Referee of the tournament. 1.6 Organizers notify participants of any changes in the regulations through official channels (Discord, social networks, website). 1.7 Information published on the official league channels is considered communicated to all participants. 1.8 Players are not allowed to participate in the tournament if, within the last 6 months, they have:
  • participated in tournaments (Ukrainian or European) on the same team with Russian or Belarusian citizens;
  • participated in tournaments organized by Russian or Belarusian organizers;
  • participated in Ukrainian tournaments that allowed Russian or Belarusian teams (even if they did not actually participate). Players who played against Russian or Belarusian teams in European tournaments are allowed if it was unavoidable.In connection with the official opening of the CYBERION cyberclub in the Republic of Moldova on 18.02.2026, from the specified date, the CESL League Regulations apply to players from this region. Moldovan participants are provided with official recommendations regarding the inadmissibility of participating in tournaments of the aggressor country from 18.02.2026. Participation in RF/RB events after this date is grounds for disqualification.
1.9 By participating in the tournament, a participant agrees to the use of their nickname, avatar, stats, and match recordings by the Organizer in broadcasts, social networks, and promotional materials of CYBERION LEAGUE. 1.10 If the minimum number of teams is not reached, the Organizer reserves the right to change or reduce the prize fund. 1.11 The tournament may be paused in case of technical issues or force majeure circumstances. 1.12 Participation is allowed from 14 years old. 1.13 In case of technical problems (internet, electricity, FACEIT platform), the participant must immediately inform the referee. 1.14 Lack of knowledge of the regulations does not exempt participants from responsibility. 1.15 A participant may attend the Club; however, in this case, the participant must pay for the time spent in the Club. 1.16 In the case of participation in Club events, it is not required to register attendance with the administrator.    

2. Refereeing

2.1 The referee ensures compliance with the regulations and fairness of the competition. 2.2 Complainant – a person who contacts the referee regarding a dispute or violation of the regulations. 2.3 The referee’s decision is mandatory. 2.4 Controlling compliance with the regulations during the tournament is the main responsibility of the referee. 2.5 All disputes between teams are resolved by the referee. 2.6 Referee decisions are situational and cannot be appealed. 2.7 A round replay is allowed only if no damage was dealt during the round and the team that experienced technical issues went AFK and did not continue the game.

3. Participation

3.1 Participant – a person taking part in the tournament. 3.2 Participants must read and follow the regulations. 3.3 Violation of the regulations may result in disciplinary action. 3.4 Team formats:
  • 5x5 – minimum 5 players;
  • 2x2 – minimum 2 players
3.5 A team is considered registered only after all players are registered on the FACEIT platform. 3.6 The Organizer may request additional information about players or teams. 3.7 Submitting an application does not guarantee participation. The final decision is made by the referee. 3.8 Submitting an application means full agreement with the regulations. 3.9 All matches are held exclusively online. 3.10 Participants must be available on Discord on the tournament day. 3.11 Participation with multiple FACEIT accounts is prohibited.  

4. Tournament System

4.1 The tournament is held in a single stage. 4.2 The tournament format is indicated in the FACEIT tournament settings. 4.3 The Organizer reserves the right to change the tournament format. 4.4 The tournament is held on the FACEIT platform on official servers. 4.5. The competition shall be conducted in 4  groups. 4.6. Based on the results of the group stage, the winner of each group shall be determined. 4.7. The group winners shall advance to the final tournament, where the prize-winning places shall be contested. 4.8. The final tournament format shall be Single Elimination, BO1 (Best of One).

5. Entry Fee

5.1 An entry fee may be required to participate in the tournament. 5.2 If a fee exists, it must be paid before the tournament starts. 5.3 A team will not be allowed to participate if at least one player has not fulfilled the payment conditions.

6. Broadcasts and Match Recording

6.1 Players are allowed to broadcast and record their matches. 6.2 Watching the official tournament broadcast during gameplay is prohibited. Technical requirements:
  • Official broadcast delay – 60 seconds;
  • Player broadcast delay – 120 seconds.

7. Player Nicknames and Team Names

7.1 Nicknames must:
  • be appropriate;
  • not contain insults or links;
  • be readable;
  • not contain hieroglyphs;
  • not contain Russian words. 7.2 Team names must be appropriate and written in Latin letters. 7.3 Abbreviations are allowed. 7.4 In-game nickname must match the FACEIT nickname.

8. Match System

 8.1 Matches are held on FACEIT servers. 8.2 Map and side selection is done through the FACEIT map veto system. 8.3 Map pool:
  • Nuke
  • Overpass
  • Vertigo
  • Inferno
  • ShortDust
  • Dust 2 Nigh
8.4 Match results are recorded on FACEIT and confirmed by the referee.

9. Match Technical Settings

  • Interface language: English / Ukrainian
  • Voice language: English
  • “Adult content” (blood, corpses) – disabled
  • Player highlighting – default
  • Use of any third-party programs giving a gameplay advantage is prohibited

10. Disciplinary Actions

In case of regulation violations, the referee may apply:
  • Technical defeat;
  • Team disqualification;
  • Ban from participation in CYBERION LEAGUE tournaments.
