Information published on these channels is considered officially delivered to participants. 1.8 Players will not be allowed to participate in any tournaments if, within the last six months, they have participated in Ukrainian or European tournaments on the same team with Russian/Belarusian players, or have played Russian/Belarusian tournaments, or Ukrainian tournaments where participation of Russian/Belarusian teams is allowed (even if those teams did not participate). Players who competed against Russians at European tournaments are allowed if avoiding such matches was not possible. 1.9 By participating in the tournament, the Participant confirms and grants the Organizer full consent to conduct photo and video recording during the event. The Participant also agrees that photo, audio, and video materials may be freely used by the Organizer in any manner not prohibited by the laws of Ukraine, including publication on official CYBERION esports club network resources (including social media and promotional materials). 1.10 If the minimum required number of teams is not reached, the prize pool is reduced by half. 1.11 The tournament is suspended during air raid alerts. 1.12 Participation is allowed from the age of 12. 1.13 In case of a power outage, participants must notify the administrator and organizers. 1.14 Ignorance of the regulations does not exempt participants from responsibility.
