1. General Provisions

1.1 37 Season is an esports tournament, part of the CYBERION LEAGUE. 1.2 The tournament processes are managed by the Tournament Organizers. 1.3 All communication regarding the tournament is conducted exclusively via Discord and through the Administrator in the club. 1.4 The tournament is governed by the following set of provisions and rules, which establish a unified procedure for conducting the competition and are mandatory for all participants. 1.5 Any situations not described in the regulations are resolved by the Head Referee of the tournament. 1.6 Any changes to the regulations are communicated to participants through official channels (Discord, social networks, website). 1.7 All necessary information for participants is communicated through official channels (social media, broadcasts, websites, etc.). Information posted on these channels is considered communicated to all participants. 1.8 Players will not be allowed to participate in any tournaments if, in the last six months, they have:
  • participated in tournaments (Ukrainian or European) on the same team with Russian/Belarusian players;
  • participated in Russian/Belarusian tournaments;
  • participated in Ukrainian tournaments that allowed Russian/Belarusian teams (even if they did not participate). Players who played against Russian/Belarusian teams in European tournaments are allowed if avoiding it was impossible. 1.9 By participating in the tournament, a Participant confirms and grants the Organizer full consent for photo and video recording during the event. The Participant also agrees that the recorded photo, audio, and video materials may be freely used by the Organizer in any manner not prohibited by Ukrainian law, including publication on official CYBERION esports club resources, social media, and promotional materials.
1.10 If the minimum number of teams is not reached, the prize fund is halved. 1.11 The tournament is paused during mandatory alerts (e.g., emergency alarms). 1.12 Participation is allowed from 12 years old. 1.13 In case of power outage, participants must inform the Administrator and Organizers. 1.14 Ignorance of the regulations does not exempt participants from responsibility.

2. Refereeing

2.1 The Referee ensures compliance with the regulations and the fairness of the competition. 2.2 Complainant – a person who contacts the referee to resolve a dispute, report a rule violation, or act as a representative of one of the participating teams. 2.3 Referee decisions are mandatory and situational. 2.4 Monitoring compliance with the regulations during the tournament is the main responsibility of the referee. 2.5 Any disputes between teams are resolved by the referee. 2.6 Referee decisions are situational and may be interpreted differently.

3. Participation

3.1 Participant – a person taking part in the tournament. 3.2 Participants must be familiar with and strictly follow these regulations. 3.3 Violations of the regulations may result in disciplinary actions described in Chapter III of this regulation. 3.4 Participants take part in the tournament in teams:
  • 2x2 format – 2 or more players per team
  • SOLO format – 1 player
3.5 A team is considered registered only after all players are registered. 3.6 The Organizer may change registration times, allow or disallow teams or players to participate, or request additional information about players/teams for valid reasons. 3.7 Submission of an application does not guarantee participation; only the referee grants the right to participate. 3.8 By submitting an application, the team and all its participants are considered familiar with the regulations and obliged to comply. 3.9 Participants of one team may participate from different locations, but only in league-participating clubs for club-format tournaments and must specify their location in online formats. 3.10 Participants must arrive at the specified venue on the tournament day, pay the entry fee (game time), and notify organizers of their readiness. 3.11 Participants must maintain communication with organizers and referees exclusively via the official league Discord server. 3.12 Participants must reserve gaming stations in the club, as the club can only accommodate as many participants as there are stations. 3.13 If the reserved 3–5 hour package expires, the participant must inform the Administrator. 3.14 From 11:00, launching any ranked matches outside of tournament matches is prohibited.

4. Tournament System

4.1 The tournament is conducted in a single stage. 4.2 Number of matches: 4. 4.3 All matches are played in Custom Lobby format. 4.4 Each match uses a unique Custom Key published by the Challengermode platform. 4.5 Matches are started exclusively by the Organizer. 4.6 Breaks between matches are 10–15 minutes. 4.7 Tournament platform – Challengermode.

5. Entry Fee

5.1 Players must pay the entry fee before the tournament starts, but not before 11:00. 5.2 Entry fee – payment for game time at the chosen club. 5.3 A team is not allowed to participate if at least one player has not paid the entry fee.

6. Broadcasts and Match Recording

6.1 Players are allowed to stream or record their games, following the technical requirements of this regulation. 6.2 Players and/or accompanying persons (coaches, managers, etc.) are strictly prohibited from watching the official tournament broadcast.

7. Player Nicknames and Team Names

7.1 Player nicknames must be fully appropriate, readable, and must not contain offensive expressions, links, hieroglyphs (Japanese, Chinese, Korean, etc.), or Russian words. 7.2 Team names must be fully appropriate, not contain offensive expressions, and be written exclusively in Latin letters. 7.3 Short names (abbreviations) are allowed. 7.4 Player nicknames must match those submitted during registration.

8. Points System

8.1 The tournament uses a Kill-Based scoring system. 8.2 Points allocation:
  • Elimination – 2 points
  • Victory Royale (#1) – 15 points
  • Place 2–5 – 10 points
  • Place 6–15 – 5 points
  • Place 16–25 – 2 points 8.3 Final ranking is determined by the total points from all matches.

9. Technical Requirements and Settings

9.1 For automatic statistics calculation, players must correctly set up their PUBG accounts. 9.2 Mandatory settings:
  • Public Game Stats – ENABLED
  • Leaderboard Visibility – ENABLED
  • Anonymous Mode – DISABLED
  • Cross-Platform Play – ENABLED
  • Matchmaking region must match the tournament region
  • PUBG nickname must match the Challengermode nickname 10. Results Submission
10.1 Primary method of result recording – automatically via Challengermode, with additional verification by tournament administration. 10.2 In case of a Challengermode platform failure, manual verification is used. 10.3 Players must provide a screenshot showing:
  • Visible nickname
  • Number of kills
  • Victory or defeat screen Failure to provide confirmation may result in 0 points for the match.

11. Player Nicknames

11.1 Nicknames must be appropriate and not contain offensive symbols or external links. 11.2 Use of Anonymous Mode is prohibited.

12. Tie-Breaker

12.1 In case of equal points, ranking is determined by the following hierarchy:
  • Higher number of Victory Royales
  • Higher number of eliminations
  • Better placement in the last match

13. Disciplinary Actions

In case of regulation violations, the referee may apply:
  • Technical defeat;
  • Team disqualification;
  • Ban from participation in CYBERION LEAGUE tournaments.
