1. General Provisions

1. These Regulations define the procedure for conducting the FORTNITE SOLO CUP (hereinafter — the “Competition”), which is part of the CYBERION eSPORTS LEAGUE (hereinafter — “CESL”) and is held in the 38 Season format. 2. In 2026, the Competition for participants will be held only in cyber clubs of the CYBERION network. 3. The organizer of the Competition is CESL. 4. In the event of force majeure and/or for safety reasons and/or due to any other circumstances that make it impossible to hold the Competition, CESL has the right (and, in the case of official orders from state authorities and/or local self-government bodies — is obliged) to cancel the Competition in whole or in part or, if possible, reschedule it to other dates and times. CESL and the CYBERION cyber club network shall not be liable for any participants’ losses under any circumstances. 5. All current information regarding the organization and conduct of the Competition, as well as official notices of changes, is published on the official Cyberion website and in official channels (Discord, social media ). Information posted on these resources is deemed communicated to participants. 6. CESL is not responsible for participants’ failure to review or untimely review of the above information and strongly recommends that participants independently and regularly monitor updates regarding possible changes to the Competition conditions. 7. By completing the registration form, each participant confirms that they have reviewed all information about the Competition provided by CESL, understood it, and unconditionally agreed to all rules of the Competition.

2. Objectives and Tasks of the Competition

1. The main purpose of the Competition is to develop esports in Ukraine, strengthen the professional community around the CYBERION cyber club network, and promote CESL as a leading organizer of LAN tournaments. 2. The main objectives and tasks of the Competition are: 2.1. Promoting esports as an official sport and supporting its further development in Ukraine, Poland, and Moldova; 2.2. Identifying talented players among visitors of the CYBERION network for their further professional development and support within the league; 2.3. Improving competitive skill level and individual skills of participants; 2.4. Supporting LAN competitions that ensure fair play and equal technical conditions for each player; 2.5. Increasing esports awareness among different audiences through online broadcasts and coverage of the Competition on social media and in the media; 2.6. Uniting players into a single community, encouraging live communication and exchange of experience among participants; 2.7. Fostering patriotic values and supporting Ukrainian competition standards free from any influence of the aggressor state; 2.8. Promoting responsible gaming, discipline, and a healthy lifestyle.

3. Deadlines and Procedure for Submitting Applications

1. Applications to participate are submitted by completing the official registration form, the link to which is posted on the CESL Discord server and on the official CYBERION network resources. 2. The following registration deadlines apply: 2.1. Applications are accepted until 10:00 on the day of the Competition; 2.2. Applications submitted after the specified time are automatically considered invalid and will not be reviewed. 3. Registration is considered successful only if all mandatory fields of the form are completed and accurate data is provided. 4. The participant providing the data is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered in the registration form. If intentional misinformation is discovered, the organizers may disqualify the player. 5. After submitting the form, the participant must save a screenshot confirming successful registration. 5.1. The screenshot is the only proof of application submission in the event of a technical system failure; 5.2. If such a screenshot is absent and registration is not found in the system, the player is not admitted to the Competition; 5.3. To verify the status of your application, you must contact the administrator of the cyber club you indicated in the registration form as your place of play. 6. Submitting an application does not automatically grant the right to participate in the Competition. Final admission of the player is granted by the head referee after verifying compliance with safety and ethics criteria (according to Section 6). 7. After registration closes and game groups are formed, any account changes or transfer of participation rights to other persons are strictly prohibited. 8. Participants must arrive at the selected CYBERION cyber club, confirm their presence with the administrator, and pay the entry fee (gaming time) within the following time limits: 8.1. No later than 11:00 (30 minutes before the 11:30 start); 8.2. In case of late arrival or non-payment by the specified time, the player may be removed from the tournament before the draw begins.

4. Organization and Management of the Competition

1. The main organizer of the Competition is CESL. Co-organizers and venues include the administrations of the CYBERION cyber club network in Ukraine, Poland, and Moldova. 2. Under martial law in Ukraine, Competition stages held in Ukrainian cyber clubs are conducted with strict compliance with safety requirements, the Laws of Ukraine “On National Security of Ukraine,” “On the Legal Regime of Martial Law,” and relevant regulations concerning mass events. Competitions in Poland and Moldova are conducted in accordance with the applicable laws of those countries. 3. Organization and conduct of the Competition in Ukraine is carried out in compliance with the Law of Ukraine “On Ensuring the Functioning of the Ukrainian Language as the State Language.” In cyber clubs in Poland and Moldova, communication and support may be duplicated in the official language of the host country and in English. The head referee and CESL representatives on site are responsible for compliance with the language requirements. 4. CESL selects and appoints the refereeing panel to ensure professional officiating at all stages of the Competition. 5. Direct responsibility for technical preparation, participant registration, and safety measures (according to each country’s protocols) rests with CESL, the refereeing panel, and the management of CYBERION cyber clubs. 6. CESL management approves these Regulations, monitors compliance at all CYBERION locations, and has the exclusive right to amend them for objective reasons.

5. Official Communication and Information

1. All official communication regarding the Competition (schedule announcements, draw results, protest/complaint review, and technical issues) is conducted exclusively through: 1.1. The official CESL Discord server https://discord.com/invite/x8U6AQwQwx (main channel for technical issues and communication with referees); 1.2. The CYBERION cyber club administrator on site (for physical and local technical issues). 2. The player is responsible for prompt communication with referees in the Discord server during the tournament day. 3. Any agreements between players in private messages or on third-party resources have no legal force for CESL and cannot be used as evidence in dispute situations. 4. For in-game communication during matches, players must use the official CESL Discord server. 5. Participants must go to the “Private Channels” category and use the “Create channel [+]” function to automatically create a separate voice room.

6. Competition Participants

1. A Competition participant is an individual who has completed official registration, meets the requirements of these Regulations, and directly participates in the tournament. 2. Players aged 18+ are admitted on the Competition start date. Players aged 12 to 18 may participate only with parental/guardian consent. 3. Participants compete in SOLO format (one player). The list of participants is fixed after registration closes. 4. After completing the registration form, each Participant must take a screenshot confirming successful submission. The screenshot is the only proof of application submission in case of technical failures of the registration system. If there is no screenshot, participation claims are not considered. 5. Players are not admitted if, within the last 6 months, they participated in tournaments in the same team with citizens of the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus, or played in tournaments organized by aggressor countries, or in tournaments where participation of teams from RF/RB is allowed. 6. An exception to clause 5 is participation in international European tournaments where meeting representatives of RF/RB was technically unavoidable due to the tournament bracket. 7. Due to the official opening of a CYBERION cyber club in the Republic of Moldova on 18.02.2026, these Regulations apply to players from that region from that date. Participants from Moldova are given official recommendations from 18.02.2026 regarding the inadmissibility of participating in tournaments of the aggressor country. Participation in RF/RB events after this date is grounds for disqualification. 8. Participants must follow principles of politeness, respect for opponents, and fair play. Profanity, personal insults, toxic behavior, and discrimination are strictly prohibited. 9. Any physical aggression or threats on CYBERION premises result in immediate disqualification and a lifetime restriction from all CESL events. 10. Participants take part exclusively in CYBERION cyber clubs. Players must be present in the cyber club specified during registration. 11. Participants must book a gaming seat in advance. On the tournament day from 11:00, participants are prohibited from starting any ranked or other non-tournament game sessions, except for the Competition matches. 12. If the gaming time package expires, the participant must inform the cyber club administrator in advance to ensure uninterrupted gameplay. 13. Participants must maintain contact with the refereeing panel and CESL exclusively via the official CESL Discord server. 14. By participating, the Participant gives full consent to photo/video recording and grants CESL the right to freely use these materials on official CYBERION resources and for advertising purposes. 15. Epic Games accounts must have public game statistics enabled in the game settings (“Public Game Stats” — ON) continuously from application submission until the official end of the Competition. 16. Requirements for nicknames and team names: 16.1. Player nicknames must be appropriate, readable, and must not contain hieroglyphs, links, or Cyrillic; 16.2. A participant’s in-game nickname must fully match their nickname on the Challengermode platform as provided during registration; 16.3. If a nickname does not meet the Regulations or is unreadable, the player must change it upon the referee’s first request. Refusal to change the nickname is grounds for disqualification.

7. Refereeing

1. CESL manages the tournament processes. Any situations not described in these Regulations are decided by the head referee, whose decision is final. 2. Referee and authority: 2.1. The referee ensures compliance with the Regulations and fairness of the Competition; 2.2. The claimant is a person who contacts the referee regarding a dispute or a violation of the Regulations; 2.3. The referee’s decisions are mandatory; 2.4. Monitoring compliance with the Regulations is the referee’s primary duty; 2.5. All disputes between players are resolved by the referee; 2.6. The referee’s decisions are situational and not subject to appeal.

8. Competition Schedule

1. The Competition is held according to a schedule depending on the selected format (daytime or evening). 2. Daytime tournament format: 2.1. At 10:00, registration on the website closes. To verify the status of an application, the participant must contact the cyber club administrator specified during registration; 2.2. From 11:00 to 11:30, the participant must arrive at the cyber club, pay for gaming time, and confirm their presence with the cyber club administrator; 2.3. At 11:30, cyber club administrators complete confirmation of all present participants; 2.4. At 11:30, the draw and grouping procedure begins; 2.5. At 12:00, technical readiness checks are completed (devices, profiles); 2.6. From 12:00 to 12:30, the approximate start of the first matches begins. 3. In case of a power outage, the participant must immediately inform the cyber club administrator and a CESL administrator via the official Discord server. 4. CESL reserves the right to adjust the start time of the Competition and matches in case of technical failures or delays in previous games.

9. Match System

1. The Competition is held in two stages: a Qualifying Stage (Group Stage) and a Final Stage (Grand Final). All games are played in Battle Royale Solo mode in Custom Match (private lobby) format. 2. Procedure for entering the match: 2.1. Access to the lobby is provided exclusively via a special Custom Key (matchmaking key); 2.2. For safety and to prevent distribution of the code to third parties, the key is entered manually by a CYBERION cyber club administrator directly at the participant’s gaming station; 2.3. Participants are strictly prohibited from independently changing, copying, or sharing the entered key with third parties. Violation results in immediate disqualification. 3. Stage structure: 3.1. Qualifying Stage: participants are divided into two groups (Group A and Group B). Each group plays 3 (three) qualifying matches. Based on total points, the top 25 players from each group advance to the final; 3.2. Final Stage: consists of 1 (one) decisive match among the top 50 participants. The winner is determined by the highest number of points scored in the final game. 4. Point system (Kill Based + Placement): 4.1. Elimination — 1 point; 4.2. Victory Royale (#1) — 15 points; 4.3. Place 2–5 — 10 points; 4.4. Place 6–15 — 5 points; 4.5. Place 16–25 — 2 points. Verification and recording of results: 5.1. Official results are calculated by the CESL refereeing panel by reviewing match replays (Replays/Demos) and analyzing each match’s statistics; 5.2. The availability of a replay in the system is the primary evidence in dispute resolution. In case of a tie in points, priority is determined by: 6.1. Number of Victory Royales; 6.2. Total number of eliminations; 6.3. Higher placement in the final match. 7. CESL reserves the right to change the format depending on the number of participants. 8. Upon an “Air Raid Alert,” the administrator of the relevant CYBERION cyber club immediately informs participants about the nearest shelter location and notifies the head referee about the security situation in the region. Based on the received information, the referee makes the final decision on stopping matches, the duration of the pause, or further steps for conducting the Competition.

10. Technical Match Parameters

1. The game interface language must be set to English or Ukrainian. 2. The game voice language must be English only. 3. The highlight color scheme for players and opponents must be standard. 4. The use of any third-party programs, scripts, plugins, or overlays that provide additional in-game information or any advantage over opponents is strictly prohibited.

11. Broadcasts

1. Players may livestream or record their games, provided they comply with these Regulations. 2. Delay for the official Competition broadcast must be at least 120 seconds. 3. Delay for unofficial broadcasts (player streams) must be at least 300 seconds. 4. Players and persons present with them at the venue (coaches, managers, etc.) are strictly prohibited from watching the official broadcast during a match. 5. While the administrator enters the Custom Key (lobby code), the player must disable screen capture on their stream or physically cover/close the monitor to prevent code leakage. If third parties enter the lobby due to a leaked code from the player’s stream, the player is immediately disqualified.

12. Determination of Winners and Awards

1. Winners and prize winners are determined by the results of the Final Stage (Grand Final), which includes the top 25 players from each qualifying group. 2. The Competition winner is the participant who scores the highest total points (kills + placement) in the final match. 3. After the Competition, participants who place 1st, 2nd, 3rd, in the Final Stage are determined. 4. Participants who take the specified prize places receive valuable gifts (peripherals, merchandise, gaming time, etc.) from CESL and tournament partners. Prizes are awarded individually. 5. The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to pay winnings within 21 calendar days from the end date of the Competition. If a participant fails to provide correct payment details or other required documents (including tax documents), payment of total winnings is suspended until deficiencies are corrected within a reasonable time. 6. Payment of total winnings is made by bank transfer to the details provided by the participant. If a participant does not receive their winnings within one year from the date of the first attempted payment, the corresponding winnings are canceled. Prize funds are paid to team members in equal shares (the total prize amount is divided among five team members) to bank accounts after deduction of taxes and mandatory fees under the laws of Ukraine. 7. When paying winnings, the Organizer acts as the participant’s tax agent, and therefore withholds and pays taxes to the budget on behalf of and at the participant’s expense, keeps tax records, and files tax reports in accordance with legal requirements. 8. If fewer than the minimum number of teams (16) registered and actually participated in a discipline, CESL reserves the right to reduce the prize pool (number of gifts or amount of gaming time) by half (50%). 9. Participants disqualified for violating these Regulations (teaming, cheating, smurfing, aggression, violation of the RF/RB policy) fully lose the right to any awards. 10. Official results and the announcement of winners are published in the relevant channel of the official CESL Discord server immediately after the matches end. These results are final.

13. Funding Conditions and Entry Fees

1. Expenses for organization, refereeing, and prize pool formation are covered by CESL and Competition partners. 2. To participate, participants pay an entry fee. 2.1. The entry fee is payment for gaming time (seat booking) in the selected CYBERION cyber club for the tournament period. The standard participation condition is purchasing a “5 hours” gaming package immediately before the Competition starts; 2.2. Players must pay the entry fee directly at the cyber club before the Competition starts, but not earlier than 11:00 on the tournament day. 3. A player is not admitted if they have not paid the entry fee by the end of presence confirmation by the Cyberion cyber club administrator (11:30). 4. If the minimum number of teams (16) is not reached, CESL reserves the right to reduce the prize pool by half.

14. Disciplinary Rules and Penalties

1. In case of violation of these Regulations, depending on severity, referees may apply the following penalties: 1.1. Warning; 1.2. Annulment of points for a specific match; 1.3. Disqualification from the current tournament; 1.4. Ban from participation in future CESL Competitions; 1.5. Lifetime ban in CESL (in case of cheating). 2. Teaming is prohibited: in Solo format, any cooperation between players is strictly forbidden. 3. Use of third-party software (aimbot, wallhack) or macros (auto-click, editing/building scripts) results in a lifetime ban. 4. Using any broadcast (official or players’) to obtain information about opponents’ locations is punished by disqualification. 5. Any attempt by a player to independently change the Custom Key entered by the administrator, share it with third parties, or “peek” the code for distribution is grounds for immediate removal from the tournament. 6. Exploiting game bugs (e.g., getting under textures, invisibility, or unintended movement mechanics) is prohibited. 7. Playing on someone else’s account or using “fresh” accounts to hide one’s real identity/skill level is prohibited. All participants must play only on their main accounts. 8. The refereeing panel may request verification of a player’s account and game history on the Epic Games platform at any time during the tournament. 9. Any claims about opponents’ fair play must be submitted as an official protest via the CESL Discord server no later than 15 minutes after the match ends. 10. In case of disqualification of a player for any violation of these Regulations, money paid for purchased gaming packages (hour packages) is non-refundable.
